Standard ground shipments:
The freight cost charged is 20% of the total value of your order, however there is a minimum shipping rate of $5 per order and a maximum rate of $15 order.

2nd -Day Air service:
The freight cost charged is 20% of the total value of your order with a minimum shipping rate of $15 per order and a maximum rate of $30 per order.

*For 2nd-Day Air to Alaska or Hawaii, add $20 to the standard ground rate.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives to you timely. To avoid the possibility of a late arrival, we encourage you to shop early.

Orders are delivered to one shipping address only. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.
Merchandise purchased from Lumatec may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We require that it be unopened and in perfect condition, with proof of purchase (original receipt and/or packing slip) included. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase.

To return merchandise, please indicate the reason for return on the original receipt or packing slip and securely pack the merchandise in the box. For your protection, we suggest you ship to us via an insured or trackable method, as unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your return if it is lost in transit. If you no longer have your packing slip, please indicate the order number, your address, and your phone number on a separate piece of paper and include it in the package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all postage costs on returned merchandise. Lumatec will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives incomplete or incorrect please notify us immediately at consumer@lumatec.com. We will correct these errors promptly.

Should you desire to exchange an item, we ask that you return the original item according to the above guidelines and place a new order for the item you prefer. Once the returned item has been received and processed at Lumatec, a credit will be issued to your credit card.

Regarding sales tax, we only charge sales tax on orders sent within the state of Texas.
Please note that Lumatec currently only processes on-line orders for shipment within the United States. If you would like your order shipped outside the United States, please email your desired order requirements to consumer@lumatec.com and provide full address including postal code, and country. A Lumatec customer care representative will then estimate freight charges and provide you with an all inclusive quotation.
