Dual Lighting Solution from Trusted Lumatec
This fall, Lumatec Industries introduces their stylish Everest Mood Light, hoping to re-define the way consumers view bedtime table lamps.

Built with both incandescent and LED lighting systems, the Everest Mood Light provides the functionality of a table lamp with the flexibility of a colored, mood-setting LED light. The LED lighting system illuminates in red, green, blue or color changing modes.

“The versatility of this light is great for everyday use,” said Peter Altman, Lumatec founder and chief executive officer. “In addition, LED technology makes this light more energy efficient, creating a longer product life.”

When plugged in with the light’s AC adapter, Everest Mood Light can be used as a table lamp for reading or placed on a colored setting for use as a night light in a child’s room. In addition, it runs for 16 hours on a single set of D-size batteries. This allows the lamp to be used as a portable safety lamp, in case of power outages, and in places where outlets are unavailable, such as a patio table.

This lamp is available at retailer nation wide and at www.lumatec.com. Its suggested retail cost is 29.95.

“The Mood Light was designed for use in and out of the home. The various settings permit a variety of use. It creates bright white ambient lighting for social events or a soft LED glow for when you simply want to relax,” said Altman. “It’s useful, durable and at the same time it has pizzazz.”

Lumatec is an Austin, Texas, based company that is known for creating FlashCard‚, the, first-ever, ultra-thin credit-card sized flashlight, weighing less than one ounce. Inspired by Lumatec’s founder, FlashCard‚ has sold more than 10 million pieces of this innovative light since its debuted in 1995.
