Light Makes Smart Solutions |
Everest Reading Light brings smart consumers out of the
dark and back into the light.
Sporting a sexy, wavy body, Everest can be used for an
array of tasks. Two high-performance LED bulbs provide
a bright, white light that are easy on the eyes and will
not cause night blindness, expanding its use to places
like a bedroom. It is equipped with a kickstand that transforms
it into a portable table lamp and comes with a lanyard
for an easy travel solution. Everest’s slim, lightweight
design runs continually for 100-plus hours on a set of
four AAA batteries. Because LED’s never get hot
they are designed to last a lifetime, so the bulbs never
need to be replaced. “The Everest Reading
Light is more than just your average book light,”
said Peter Altman, founder and chief executive officer
of Lumatec Industries. “It’s so versatile
and energy efficient, which makes it a great gift idea
for anyone who travels or needs a handy light with them
for a variety of tasks.”
Everest Reading Light will be available fall of 2005 at
retailers nationwide and at www.lumatec.com.
“This light knocks the competition off its
feet. In addition to quality and durability, at a suggested
retail price of $19.95, this product is priced very competitively,”
said Altman. “Consumers are getting a great deal
for a great price!”
